Otis Stevens, the founder of Aloha
Moving, worked for other Austin
movers from 1998 to 2001. He truly
enjoyed his job as a mover and loved
interacting with different people
every day. As a result of his love
for his job he found the key to
great customer service. If you

are naturally going to do it well.
He found that other Austin moving
companies didn't understand the
value in finding and retaining
movers that truly enjoyed satisfying

he decided to build a company to
fill this gap.
He had a vision of a moving company

positive people. Otis was born in
south Texas, but spent his teenage
years in Hawaii. His understanding

that it describes a certain
generosity of spirit and a
persistent and durable focus on the
positive in situations and people.

for the company he envisioned, Aloha
Moving fit his vision perfectly.
During Aloha Moving's first year in
business, Otis was on every single
move that Aloha completed and by
doing this he set a standard of
service that's still the goal today.
